Once you have received you bood pathology referal, this entitles you to take a blood test at any QML laboratory and for that, we incur the cost of this procedure. As we cannot cancel this post referal, our refund is limited to 25% should you not wish to proceed.

Once we have received your results and run your analysis there are no refunds available at this time even if you choose to attend your complimentary 30 minute consultation to discuss your results and treatment plan. Your treatment plan will be electronically forwarded to you which provides to you the completed product for which you have paid for.

Once you pay for your Executive Pathology Panel, you will be immediately sent a referal to QML to your nominated email address.

Post your blood test, you will then be able to book in a consultation to recieve (electronically) your Executive Pathology Panel anaylis report and suggested next steps treatment plan, along with a referal to your GP.
