Healthy Chocolate milk with only 3 ingredients!

Even as an adult I love chocolate milk. I love it even more knowing that it only have 3 awesome ingredients and is so simple and quick to make. My recipe uses coconut milk (you can switch this to your milk of choice and is just as delicious made with almond milk), raw cacao powder and medjool dates! Yep, only 3 ingredients and it is super tasty.


Why raw cacao powder and not cocoa? Cocoa powder is heat processed which changes the molecular structure of the cacao bean and leaves us with a powder with little nutritional value. Raw cacao powder is super high in antioxidants which helps protect us against harmful toxins and it is super rich in minerals such as magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, copper and calcium!


Medjool dates provide the sweetness in the chocolate milk. They are packed full of vitamins, minerals and fibre. They have a wonderful caramel like sweetness and are a great alternative to refined sugar.
