Magnus Olsen founder of M26 says that the M26FIT challenge was born from his experience and his passion to raise awareness of the importance to strengthen both your mind and body daily to not only help combat mental health but also give you the energy and vitality to live your best life.
Starting from 1st to 6th July, with the 26 days being completed by the end of July, this challenge is an opportunity for us to cultivate discipline, develop positive habits, and embrace the transformative power of the metabolic balance plan.
The M26FIT Challenge is designed to create a holistic approach to wellness, combining physical exercise, mental strengthening, hydration, nutrition, and abstaining from alcohol. By participating in this challenge, we will elevate our well-being, enhance our physical fitness, and nourish our minds and bodies.
For 26 consecutive days, we will commit to the following elements:
Spend 26 minutes physically exercising: Engage in activities that bring you joy and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
Spend 26 minutes strengthening your mind: Practice mindfulness, meditation, or engage in activities that promote mental well-being and personal growth.
Drink at least 2.6 litres of water (or more if that is your daily metabolic balance requirement): Hydrate your body to support optimal functioning and overall vitality.
No Alcohol: Embrace the challenge of abstaining from alcohol for the duration of the challenge, allowing for increased clarity and well-being.
Follow your Nutrition Plan: Stay dedicated to your personalised metabolic balance plan, nourishing your body with wholesome, balanced meals.
Together, we will ignite the power of discipline, foster consistency, and unlock our full potential. By embracing the M26FIT Challenge, we are taking a step towards living our healthiest, happiest lives.
