All sessions can be tailored to your individual needs.  Group and one-on-one training can be offered.  Our trainers are qualified to the highest level, they are not just Group Trainers, they are dedicated Personal Trainers and hold individual Boxing Qualifications.  Our trainers are passionate about getting you fit and helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Group sessions are kept small (never more than 10 in a group).  At the start of all training we run a full fitness assessment which allows your trainer to have the knowledge, the skills and the time to focus on you as an individual and help you achieve your goals.

Our classes are run at a location that suits and we especially love training outdoors in inspirational.  Nothing beats a breath of fresh air and a stunning view when you are telling your muscles “just one more”.
